Escrow protects you before any policy does

Every purchase settles through an independent escrow provider. Your money is held by that third party and is only released to us once the domain is confirmed in your registrar account. If the transfer does not complete, escrow returns your funds. That is the primary protection, and it is stronger than any refund clause we could write.

If a transfer cannot be completed

If we cannot deliver a domain for any reason — a registrar lock, a dispute, an error on our side — the escrow transaction is cancelled and you are refunded in full. We also tell you why.

After a completed transfer

A domain transfer is final once the name is in your account and escrow has released. Domains are unique, non-consumable assets, and a completed registrar transfer cannot be meaningfully unwound: the registry record has changed and we no longer control it.

For that reason we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after completion. We would much rather you were certain before paying, so ask every question you have first — we will answer them, including the inconvenient ones.

If something is not as described

If a domain materially differs from what its page represented — the extension, the exact spelling, its availability — contact us immediately and we will resolve it, including a full refund where the fault is ours.

Offers are not binding until accepted

Submitting an offer costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is an opening position, not a contract. Nothing is payable until terms are agreed in writing and an escrow transaction has been opened.
